Please understand that camp sizes are kept small to facilitate learning, resulting in most camps quickly filling. Last-minute cancellations keep other kids from enjoying our program. Thank you for understanding!
Cancellations and Make-up Policies
- If you signed up for a camp and need to cancel for any reason we can give you a full refund if we're able to fill your spot. If the cancellation is more than two weeks before the start date of the camp and we are unable to fill your spot, we can give you a 50% credit for a future class or camp. If the cancellation occurs less than two weeks before the start date of the camp and we are unable to fill your spot, we are unable to give a refund.
- If you or your child is sick or unable to attend a class, please call or email the studio to notify us of your absence and schedule a make-up class. Make-up classes must be scheduled and taken prior to the end of the current semester (art classes) or summer (art camps).
- Unfortunately, there are no refunds for no-shows or for withdrawals after a weekly class begins.
